About K.L. Ogden
Writing has always been a huge part of K.L. Ogden's life. As a young girl she filled notebooks full of stories of fantasy adventures usually involving rock n' roll stars and pop culture icon. While these stories remain personal, they helped her develop a love for writing that would carry into her adult years.

After graduating from DePaul University, K.L. Ogden found herself writing short fan fiction stories involving anime, video game, and other fantasy characters. While those stories were fun for her to write she always longed for a more creative approach to writing.

This is point in her life that her hair began randomly changing colors and the power of creativity poured from her hands. With this new found power the Sweet Burden universe was created. This original series is based on her love Japanese mythology and the theme of forbidden romance. During the early stages of writing the book early chapters were passed around to friends and the feedback was overwhelming. The story and characters took on a life of their own.

K.L. Ogden lives with her husband and daughter and enjoys reading, horror movies, photography, and fashion.
